    Repairing Damaged Water Lines Escondido

Homes and commercial properties in Escondido are designed much different than other parts of the country. Our properties are built to withstand major earthquakes–not tornadoes. This impacts the layout of water lines when the homes are designed and installed. In most cases, a primary water line is installed prior to pouring the foundation or slab. While this helps to protect the water line–it can also be quite troublesome when a water line breaks inside the slab.

However, this situation is not as common in San Diego–especially since we don’t deal with frequent frozen temperatures. When it does dip below freezing, the most common source of water line damage in San Diego is within our landscaping or outdoor water lines. If a water leak exists, there are generally 7 common warning signs that any home or commercial property owner can recognize.

    • The most common warning sign of a water leak is finding water in the street in front of your property. When a water pipe ruptures, its natural tendency is to flow downhill which happens to coincide with the front of most residential properties.
    • Water in your yard:This is common with exterior water lines such as those that are connected to landscaping systems. If you notice water near the base of your home, it may indicate an internal water line problem.
    • Wet spots on the side of the house:Sometimes a water line leak will come from a bathroom-such as a leak underneath a bathtub. One of the first indicators of this type of problem will be wet spots on the side of the house.
    • Damp Drywall: If you notice that the drywall and ceilings are displaying a few wet rings or spots, this is typically an indication of a water pipe leak within the wall, or in the rafters.
    • Low water pressure: A broken water line will also produce less water pressure throughout the household.
    • Sound of running water:If you can hear water running in a specific room such as a bathroom, a kitchen, or outside the home, and there are no faucets turned on, a water line issue is likely.
    • A moldy smell:As water leaks excessive mold is created within the walls or foundation of a home. In fact, mold growth and removal is one of the most expensive repairs a home owner won’t deal with if a water leak is not quickly resolved.

If you recognize any of these symptoms–contact Resurrection Plumbing immediately. Our team of experienced water line repair Escondido plumbers are highly-trained at identifying water line damage, tracing the root source, and completing repairs as quick and efficiently as possible.

SCAM! RUN! I am an attorney and collecting evidence of this company's scam behavior, please message me with your contact info if you have had a similar experience as below.

The way this business operates is to scam its home warranty customers by collecting the fee, then promise to do the work on a later visit, and then never actually fix anything or respond after.  All the bad reviews you see here represent this scam business model.  Here is my individual experience that mirrors all the other reviews on Yelp:

Resurrection arrives to diagnose leak and why garbage disposal is not working.  Says there is no leak and that the garbage disposal obviously is dead but he doesn't have a replacement with him to replace it. Then he says he *can* replace right now, but it will be a more expensive replacement and he needs another $150.

I decline the extortion upcharge, he collects the service fee and promises to return with the garbage disposal to do the repair.

Never returns or calls. I call their office lady who doesn't speak english multiple times, she tells me "he is coming today"  he never shows up.

Call owner Coy, who tells me Justin will call me. Justin never calls me. Call Coy again, he starts telling me Justin is busy on jobs and he can't do anything about scheduling it or getting Justin on the phone to schedule it even though he is the owner.

Rinse repeat with the next customer, scam complete.

In addition, Coy makes no secret that he doesn't care about your inconvenience or that his company has a clear pattern of customer abuse, just read his responses to the Yelp reviews here.  Its never his fault and he actually told me "you've got to respect that Justin is busy and can't call you back." Ever? This is just part of the scam to get you to give up and go away since he already has your and your home warranty company's money.

Coy needs to have his business license revoked and his company sued into bankruptcy by a class action for all these customers lives he has scammed

Coy and Oscar did a great job with our plumbing issues and completely fixed the problems we were having, including using a camera, while working with our home warranty company.  They were on time, completed the project as expected and within the the budget as quoted.  In addition, they met Covid restrictions wearing masks, etc.
We will be referring Resurrection Plumbing to friends and family in the future!
